style: twss is an american amber ale deriving it’s deep red color from generous amounts of caramel malt. brewed with magnum, centennial and citra, this beer combines the best of two continents. it’s the replacement you’ve been looking for to that glass of red wine.
motueka lager
modern lager 5,4% abv
style: motueka lager is our ”new world” take on an ”old world” lager. this beer has a firm pilsner malt base with hops from the germany and new zealand. a new kind of ”stor stark” if you will.
promising outlook
double dry hopped pale ale 5,2% abv
style: promising outlook is brewed with pilsner, pale and wheat malt to match the huge amounts of Mosaic and Azacca hops in it, with a fruity, dry finish thanks to the nottingham yeast.

style: this is our interpretation of an american stout with rich coffee notes from both the barley it’s been brewed with and the coffee that we’ve steeped in the beer. the coffee is locally sourced from järna rosteri. Amazing on it’s own, this beer pairs well with desserts but don’t serve it too cold!

spontaneous saison 5,7% abv
style: golden hands of pollen is a mixed fermentation saison inocculated with our house yeast culture captured from dandelion flowers. This beer was first aged on tank for three years and then bottled in 2021. This beer will be maturing for years to come, changing the complexity of the flavors.
